Note to the 24-7 Prayer Group in Regina

I felt very strongly to paint this painting this summer.

This painting is symbolic of Jesus as the bridegroom and his church as his bride. The background is a midnight sky -- with the smoke representing the prayers/praises of his people rising before his throne as incense. The time is 11:55.

While I was painting this picture, I would turn on worship music full blast - usually Third Day's song Show me Your Glory or their song This is my Offering. At times I would just have to stop in awe of the Lord.
